What You Will Do
Business Development & Sales Ownership
• Own the end-to-end business development process for the UK market, from prospecting to closing deals
• Identify and target UK-based brands across DTC, e-commerce and TikTok Shop ecosystems
• Build and manage a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Lead discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and opportunities
• Present tailored TikTok Shop growth solutions aligned with client objectives
• Act as a strategic partner to prospects, translating challenges into commercial opportunities
Commercial Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and go-to-market strategies
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Essential
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Proven track record in closing deals (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Fluent in English
• Based in London or able to commute regularly
Desirable
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
• Understanding of TikTok Shop or social commerce ecosystems
