What You Will Do

Business Development & Sales Ownership
Own the end-to-end business development process for the UK market, from prospecting to closing deals
Identify and target UK-based brands across DTC, e-commerce and TikTok Shop ecosystems
Build and manage a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Lead discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and opportunities
Present tailored TikTok Shop growth solutions aligned with client objectives
Act as a strategic partner to prospects, translating challenges into commercial opportunities

Commercial Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and go-to-market strategies
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Essential
2–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Proven track record in closing deals (B2B experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with outbound sales and lead generation
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Fluent in English
Based in London or able to commute regularly
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
Understanding of TikTok Shop or social commerce ecosystems
